New Year's Resolutions
I know what you're thinking. New Year's resolutions are dumb and no one sticks to them. While this may be true for the majority of the population, I think there's something so inspiring behind the idea of starting off fresh each year and bettering ourselves in some way. I think everyone is capable of accomplishing their goals, but there needs to be a drawn-out path on how they will be accomplished. We hear all the time, "I want to lose weight this year," That's great. But how are you going to do that? Are you going to meal plan? Prep all your snacks? Do you have a specific workout plan in mind? Saying you're going to do something with no idea how to get there is just setting yourself up for failure.
